My friend told me about a nearby hiking trail, so I went there yesterday. Like much of Japan, steps were involved.
Lots of them.
I finally got to a spot with a bit of a view:
Then I went up some more steps, to the top and went up a metal tower.
Here is the view from there:
The big, flat, white building toward the left is Beisie.

Does this remind you of Wausau, Or Sioux Falls? People should not build anything where steps are involved.

I missed a chance to say how nice it was of you to climb all those steps so we can be tourists from our easy chairs. You are going to have the strongest legs! ktucson
